i have been selling beats on beatstars for a few months and its really nice. Good layout and clean features. Just wish it was clearer how to grow to be more prominent on the platform

Just ordered an instrumental for my new EP and haven't had any issues. I will say though that the website is a little buggy, well at least for me anyway.

Scam - amateur support & refusing to pay royalties for songs which are still on spotify a this very moment (120 days + have passed - their claim that the payment will come after 90 days is nonsense)

Scam company. Claim that you are using copyrighted materials with no back up for that statement (or any reference to the songs they claim to be copyrighted) then postpone communication for weeks with the so called escalations. Don't go here!!!

Be careful uploading your music to this service, they refuse to pay out funds received from my music.
They say it takes 60-90 days to get the first payout but now I wait for 110 days and the support is not helpful at all!

Lots of issues with clients not getting their beats after purchasing. Not worth the hassle!

Unfortunately the customer support didn't put any effort to solve my problem. Cant recommend. I bought a song that didn't seem to include stems. I asked to upgrade and pay the difference for the upgrade that includes it. Not too much to ask and definitely easy procedure. They replied with a link to an article and that was it.
The only way at this point is to make an extra purchase and overall pay much more which doesn't make senes.
Beatstars if you guys read this, let us resolve this. Ill be happy to change my mind about your service.
